Phishing Scam Alert: FMCSA has been notified of a phishing scam targeting training providers. The sender display name is DocuSign Document, however the sender's actual email address case.henderson@wwisd.com. Be sure to verify if an email is coming from a @dot.gov email address and do not respond to or click links in any suspicious emails.

FMCSA will never send email requests seeking personal or payment information. Training providers should follow your company or agency policy if you receive a phishing scam email.
